Please note:
- Rates are per week, per apartment and are valid until the 31st December 2008
- All rates are INCLUSIVE OF VAT which was calculated on the basis of 17.5% for the first 28 days and 3.5% thereafter.
- Minimum stay: 1 week (Nightly rates available on request and subject to availability)
- Refundable security deposit: £500 for stays under 3 months; 4 weeks rental for stays over 3 months.
- Check-in: 17:00, check-out: 10:00
