Booking Procedure

Please complete the secure online booking form. If you do not wish to use this then please contact us by telephone, fax or email.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £500 is required and is debited from your credit card to secure the booking. For bookings over 3 months, the security deposit is equal to 4 weeks rent.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (a credit card surcharge applies), bank transfer, cash or cheque (allowing for clearing). The full balance is due when booking (please refer to our terms and conditions of business in all cases).

Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, the descriptor Smart Serviced Apartments Ltd. London will appear on your credit card statement.
