Booking Procedure

Please complete the secure online booking form. If you do not wish to use this then please contact us by telephone, fax or email.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required to secure the booking and is refunded AFTER departure. In case of cancellation, this deposit will be forfeited. In case of cancellation, deposits are refunded at the sole discretion of the company.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (a credit card surcharge applies) bank transfer or cheque (allowing for clearing). The full balance is PRIOR to arrival (please refer to our terms and conditions of business in all cases).

Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, the descriptor Smart Serviced Apartments Ltd. will appear on your credit card statement. 

Arrival Procedure

Keys can be picked up at any time from the 24-hour porters desk. Full confirmation details are sent after booking is completed.
