Booking Procedure

In order to book with us, simply fill in our online booking form with your credit card details.

Security Deposit

No deposit is required for nightly stays and your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking.

For stays of 1 week or more, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the stay. A refundable security deposit of £350 will also be charged. This security deposit is refundable and will be refunded to your credit card after departure.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card upon arrival.

Full pre-payment is required for extended stays. In some instances, it is possible to pay monthly. Please contact us for more details.

Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, the descriptor Smart Serviced Apartments Ltd. London will appear on your credit card statement.
